A company is looking for a Senior Manager, QA Automation. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) in designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks Oversee the architecture of test frameworks and performance testing practices Develop and implement a strategy for an automation-first testing approach and assist in process improvements Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications Experience with Selenium, Playwright, C#, TypeScript, and performance testing using JMeter Experience managing and mentoring Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo and GitLabs BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred, or strong relevant work experience
