Quality Audit Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Quality Audit. Key Responsibilities: Lead continuous audit readiness efforts, ensuring compliance with audit criteria and training teams on identified knowledge gaps Coordinate and support audit activities, including planning, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders Manage post-audit activities, including remediation plans and documentation of findings and recommendations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience in a benefit consultancy firm or healthcare internal audit readiness 5+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional projects 5+ years of leadership experience managing project managers and/or audit consultants 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data and/or quality metrics
