Recruitment Partner
A company is looking for a Recruitment Partner to lead and manage candidate recruitment for an apprenticeship program in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the apprentice recruitment strategy
Partner with school districts to identify hiring priorities and guide candidate placement
Oversee the full application cycle from review to selection and onboarding
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent recruitment, HR, workforce development, or educator preparation
Knowledge of NJ school district HR systems or teacher certification pathways (preferred)
Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a plus
New Jersey residency or deep knowledge of the NJ education landscape (preferred)
