Regional Client Experience Manager
A company is looking for a Regional Manager of Client Experience to lead a team of Account Managers and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the success and professional growth of a team of Digital Account Managers
Oversee daily activities and digital marketing performance to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks
Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues and implement effective solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience managing a large client portfolio in a digital marketing or SaaS environment, preferably in automotive tech
Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including Search, Programmatic, and Social Media
Experience in coaching and mentoring Account Managers while tracking performance metrics
Familiarity with Account Management best practices and ability to teach these methods
Data-driven decision-making combined with a human-oriented approach to relationship management
