A company is looking for a Clinical (Telephonic) Behavioral Health Triage RN. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound telephonic clinical triage and virtual care to patients with medical and behavioral health concerns Conduct assessments, crisis counseling, and coordinate with crisis response teams as needed Document patient encounters accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in good standing in home state 3+ years of clinical experience, particularly with patients having behavioral health conditions Strong triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills in medical and behavioral contexts Experience in crisis response, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care Comfort with electronic medical record documentation and working within an interdisciplinary care team
