A company is looking for a Relationship Management Consultant for their Local Market Account Management Team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers in the 100 to 500 lives segment Provide education and training on products and services to internal and external partners Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience Required Qualifications 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience managing multiple competing priorities effectively
