A company is looking for a Relationship Management Specialist for their Local Market Account Management Team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers, managing service needs and escalations Provide education and training on products and services to internal and external partners Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery Required Qualifications 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) 1 - 3+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role
