Remote Bicycle Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Temporary Remote Bicycle Service Specialist to assist customers with bicycle-related inquiries and support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails regarding product setup, troubleshooting, and parts ordering
Help customers find solutions aiming for first-call resolution while processing orders and returns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey and handle escalated complaints
Required Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge of bicycles, including assembly and maintenance
Prior customer service or tech support experience, preferably remote
Familiarity with bike brands and repair shop workflows
Experience using SAP or similar order entry/CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple conversations and systems while staying organized
