Remote CRM Administrator
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator for Enrollment Management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentoring, and management for the CRM team, overseeing operational and developmental work
Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, managing day-to-day operations and integrations
Lead testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software, ensuring system security and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of five years of experience in CRM application administration, specifically Salesforce
Experience with database systems and applications administration, including system performance management
Advanced experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL/SOQL
Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica/Axiom
