Remote Customer Support
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries by answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing appropriate solutions
Accurately recording customer interactions in the company's system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1 year of customer service experience
Experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
