A company is looking for a Remote Final Post-Close QC Underwriter on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Conduct full post-closing audits on closed loans to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness Review and verify data entry, income calculations, credit analysis, and appraisal data Identify and document discrepancies or exceptions in non-QM loan types Required Qualifications Experience with LauraMac is mandatory Previous experience in post-close due diligence, QC, or final audit roles Deep knowledge of non-QM loan structures and documentation Proven ability to work independently and identify errors without oversight High accountability and meticulousness in work
