Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS environment, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing high-performing teams focused on retention and expansion
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience in large agreements
Experience building scalable renewal processes and operational efficiencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive change with a growth mindset
