A company is looking for a (Sr.) Research and Evaluation Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage and implement various research and evaluation projects, including survey design and data analysis Oversee the grant reporting process, ensuring compliance and producing summaries for stakeholders Provide administrative support to the AVP and the Research team, including tool development and research summaries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of research or administrative assistant experience with independent project management Familiarity with survey development and evaluation methods Experience with data analysis tools, including Excel and data visualization software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
