Key Responsibilities Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance repeat purchase behavior and customer engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce and retention strategies with business goals Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in retention marketing, including email and SMS channels 4+ years in ecommerce, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and CRM tools Strong analytical skills to interpret data for actionable insights
