Restructuring Manager

A company is looking for a Restructuring and Special Situations Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of high-risk or distressed business accounts and develop recovery plans Conduct detailed financial analyses of clients' operations and assess their capacity to repay Negotiate restructuring agreements and coordinate with stakeholders for debt recovery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 10+ years of experience in risk management, corporate restructuring, or financial analysis A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is a plus Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks surrounding corporate restructuring Ability to leverage industry relationships to facilitate workout solutions
