Retention Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Retention Lifecycle & Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize retention operations to improve customer engagement and reduce churn
Leverage data and analytics to analyze customer behaviors and recommend targeted interventions
Design and implement strategic retention playbooks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management or retention strategy within a SaaS or subscription-based company
Strong expertise in data analysis and customer segmentation
Proven ability to design customer journey frameworks that enhance retention
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
