Revenue Development Representative
A company is looking for a Revenue Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract renewals by tracking customer usage and initiating proactive conversations
Build reports to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
Triage inbound leads from marketing sources and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of SaaS experience, preferably in XDR, renewal, or account management roles
Energetic team player with a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box
Ability to prioritize tasks based on revenue impact and thrive in ambiguity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including building reports
