Risk and Compliance Lead

A company is looking for a GRC Compliance & Risk Lead. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the GRC team strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders Manage the Risk & Compliance program for financial service products and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of controls, and provide ongoing monitoring of compliance programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or related fields 5+ years of experience with technical compliance programs using frameworks like PCI DSS and SOC 2 Experience in conducting IT & Cybersecurity compliance program readiness and gap analysis Ability to manage multiple projects across functional teams and understand complex system architecture
