A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Quality and Training. Key Responsibilities Oversee and deliver performance improvement initiatives and clinical training Maintain the quality and patient safety system through monitoring and investigations Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical training program and ongoing education Required Qualifications Current, active, unrestricted RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years hands-on nursing experience; telehealth and chronic care management preferred At least 5 years of experience in clinical training and course content development Previous experience with quality and patient safety systems Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
