SaaS Onboarding Specialist
A company is looking for a SaaS Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer relationships during the onboarding phase for new key accounts
Handle long-term support requests for training and coaching for key accounts
Communicate client information, trends, and feedback across various teams
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proven success in developing relationships with new customers
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Experience working with cross-functional teams
