A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service (Retail).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of retail customer service representatives, providing guidance and support
Monitor the customer service area, assisting in resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
Track and report on customer service metrics, collaborating on process improvements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a retail/customer service supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
