Sales Director, Employer Benefits
A company is looking for a Sales Director for the Employee Benefits Vertical in the Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong producer relationships through product knowledge and excellent customer service
Achieve sales goals through consultations, negotiations, and positioning of offerings
Identify new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers and manage existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years of experience in sales through broker distribution
Experience in executing prospecting strategies for new accounts
History of managing large accounts and technical sales projects
Ability to sell to all levels of the organization and manage a large sales pipeline
