Key Responsibilities Drive Connect's go-to-market strategy and execution while leading a team Develop and optimize sales processes for embedded insurance solutions Coach and mentor team members and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders Required Qualifications 7+ years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role Proven track record of personal sales success and team leadership in a high-growth environment Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies Experience selling technical solutions to enterprise and/or mid-market businesses Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales management
