Salesforce CRM Administrator

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator - Enrollment Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, including integrations with ETL tools Perform application administration, including system backups, security settings, and data management tasks Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and provide technical support and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, Salesforce certifications, and/or experience Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Application Administration with Salesforce CRM At least two (2) years of experience with complex software systems and ETL integrations Knowledge of Salesforce modules and tools such as Informatica, Axiom, and Conga Composer All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
