Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 - 2 technical support to customers using EdTech products Assist with account creation, onboarding, and troubleshooting user account challenges Proactively identify and recommend solutions for potential challenges with platforms and products Required Qualifications 1 year of experience in a technical support desk position Backend experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) Experience with rostering and onboarding users into digital platforms Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with various operating systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
