Senior Account Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Account Associate, Renewals. Key Responsibilities Nurture customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle to maximize retention rates and mitigate churn risk Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during the renewals cycle and educate customers on product benefits Maintain a healthy pipeline by logging sales and renewal activities, customer data, and status within internal systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, software renewals, or customer success with enterprise customers Experience managing an end-to-end sales cycle and handling objections at the C-suite level Familiarity with the Atlassian product suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Experience working with channel partners and resellers Interest in agile ways of working, project management, and IT service management
