Senior Account Manager, Life Sciences
A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Account Manager, Life Sciences (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the subscription life cycle, including onboarding, account reviews, budgeting, and contract negotiations
Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal processes
Analyze lost clients and contribute to winback strategies while managing renewal processes in CRM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of seven years direct sales experience, with three years in life sciences
Experience with subscription sales, including renewals and new business
Familiarity with SFDC and sales enablement tools
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
