Senior Accountant - Nebraska Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (Temp Position). Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Manage general ledger activity and oversee fixed assets and intercompany accounting activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate, banking, or public accounting Experience in fixed assets, intercompany, and international accounting is preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills Experience in leading process improvements and automation in accounting operations
