Key Responsibilities Develop analytical data pipelines and production-grade dashboards for quality management Become an expert in quality and pay-for-performance metrics in value-based care Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality programs and provide insights Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting for healthcare quality metrics Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or Mathematics Proficient in SQL and data modeling, preferably with Snowflake and dbt Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Sigma Deep understanding of quality metrics in the US value-based care system
