A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst - Payments and Collection. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize payment processing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy Develop and refine collections and renewal strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce churn Generate reports on payment performance and collections efficiency, providing actionable insights to stakeholders Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5 years of experience in business analysis, payment processing, or collections Strong understanding of payment gateways, ACH, credit card processing, and digital wallets Experience with collections strategies, accounts receivable, and financial risk management Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
