Senior Customer Success Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine predictive models for forecasting renewals, churn, and retention rates
Analyze customer behavior and engagement to identify churn indicators and customer value
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance retention initiatives and optimize customer success efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field
7+ years in a GTM role or GTM Operations function in SaaS
5+ years of experience in forecasting, customer success analytics, or revenue operations
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Excel)
Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
