Key Responsibilities Oversee governance interactions and ensure product teams understand decision-making processes Monitor and improve the health of the Commercialization Model and pipeline through quantitative and qualitative assessments Lead transformation efforts and implement new processes to enhance speed, value, and efficiency in the Commercialization Model Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 5 years of project/portfolio management experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years 5 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects Experience in business process improvement projects within the biopharmaceutical industry Experience managing cross-functional product or drug development teams Understanding of drug development and related functions such as Research, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs
