Key Responsibilities
Optimize processes and create new ones to enhance customer success and experience
Manage customer escalations and maintain strong relationships while providing high-quality support
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data and improve customer care strategies and metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in a SaaS or Fintech environment
Strong knowledge of the Payments ecosystem
Experience in developing and tracking customer success metrics
Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, and Jira is beneficial
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required
