Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the global HR technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and HR transformation goals
Lead and mentor the HR Technology team, fostering a high-performance culture
Oversee the optimization and governance of the Workday platform and lead complex HR technology projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing Workday platforms in a global organization
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects
