Partner with HR Technology to select and implement modern learning technologies
Lead a team to foster a culture of learning and manage enterprise-wide learning governance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of experience in Learning & Development with leadership experience in a global organization
Strong expertise in large-scale enterprise learning and talent development initiatives
Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
Experience in budget and project management
