Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the execution of the SOX compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements Drive strategy and governance to protect financial reporting integrity and report updates to senior stakeholders Lead and mentor a high-performing SOX compliance team while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required 15 years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or financial management Comprehensive knowledge of SOX regulations, ICFR, COSO framework, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee enterprise-level compliance initiatives Experience with modern ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
