Senior Human Factors Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineer (HFE) / Usability Engineering (UE). Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into product designs and user interfaces Lead usability activities including study planning, data collection, analysis, and documentation Support regulatory submissions and clinical studies by preparing necessary documentation and conducting risk assessments Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's degree with 8 years, Bachelor's degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 2 years, or Doctorate in Human Factors Engineering/Usability Engineering Experience in medical devices, combination products, and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Proven experience in leading human factors methodologies and usability studies Ability to work collaboratively with diverse engineering and clinical teams Experience in user interface evaluations and ergonomic design development
