A company is looking for a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for labor and employment-related legal issues Liaison with outside counsel on labor and employment matters Partner with HR on legal aspects of employment matters and represent the company in disputes Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of employment law experience in the United States Experience in complex state and non-US jurisdictions preferred Experience working with labor unions preferred Experience in drafting and negotiating restrictive covenant agreements preferred
