Senior Labor Relations Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Labor Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the Labor Relations function for corporate business units, including strategy planning and execution
Provide tactical support for labor and employee relations initiatives, including research and logistical planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance labor strategies and programs that improve the employee experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience in labor relations
Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and labor regulations
Experience in developing training content and communication materials related to labor relations
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
