Key Responsibilities
Guide and support Operations Managers, overseeing onboarding and support functions
Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies to enhance client experience
Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and support workflows for efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Advertising/Social Channel account and client relationship management
5+ years of direct people management experience in Operations or leading technical teams
5+ years of experience in BPO operations management
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data manipulation in Excel
BA/BS degree preferred in management or a related field
