A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Operations Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Operations Managers and oversee onboarding and support teams for a smooth client go-live experience
Develop and execute onboarding strategies to drive client satisfaction and success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine onboarding workflows and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Advertising/Social Channel account and client relationship management
4+ years of direct people management experience in Operations or leading technical teams
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data manipulation in Excel
Experience with eCommerce Advertising/Social integrations (e.g., Shopify, Bigcommerce, Magento)
BA/BS degree preferred in management, Computer Science, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
