Senior Manager International Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, International Service & Referral Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day international operations with master franchisors, including communications, reporting, and onboarding Grow and manage corporate relocation, lender, and retail referral relationships while driving the growth of the Referral Network Plan and execute Global Forum meetings and coaching engagements focused on strategic KPIs Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree preferred Domestic and international real estate experience or experience with real estate referral programs highly preferred Multi-lingual candidates preferred Ability to work closely with a team in a virtual environment Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
