A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Technology Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the HR Systems owner accountable for Workday and other HR Systems
Drive the design, development, and implementation of HR Systems solutions to meet business requirements
Lead global People Technology projects and manage customer engagement and product life cycle
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Workday or related HR systems experience
Expertise in Workday areas such as Integrations, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll
Strong understanding of global HR processes, procedures, and compliance requirements
Proficient in project management framework and execution
Ability to work collaboratively in a global setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
