A company is looking for an Adherence Navigator LPN. Key Responsibilities Provide patient and caregiver support via telephone and other channels, addressing questions and concerns Document and maintain records of patient interactions using a CRM platform Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive patient outcomes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 3-5 years of experience in supporting patients and caregivers in a clinical setting Previous experience in Nurse Telehealth and Video Support is desirable
