Senior Manager, Sales Enablement
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical and Content Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of technical facilitators and instructional designers to deliver enablement programs
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and develop a unified content strategy
Oversee the creation and delivery of sales and technical enablement materials and sessions
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
