Senior Manager, Total Rewards
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement global compensation programs and lead the annual compensation cycle
Lead the planning and administration of global benefits programs across multiple regions
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations and develop communication strategies for total rewards programs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in compensation and/or global benefits, preferably in international organizations
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and pay equity
Experience managing global benefits programs and vendor relationships
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Workday compensation and benefits modules
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP or CEBS certification is a plus
