A company is looking for a Process Executive - Healthcare (remote). Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Medicare Advantage plan members, demonstrating empathy and active listening Document calls accurately and manage call targets for quality and adherence to schedule Handle calls professionally and escalate issues as necessary Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in health insurance/Medicare/Medicaid customer service 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment; familiarity with QNXT is a plus Knowledge of Member Service, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services High School graduate or GED; a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate is advantageous Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
