Key Responsibilities
Administers and manages the company's retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations
Provides personalized retirement planning advice and support to employees
Develops strategies to improve retirement benefits and increase employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in benefits, including retirement experience
Experience with HR People Technology Solutions for reconciliations and analysis
Master's degree and benefits certification (e.g., CEBS or CBP) preferred
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
