Senior Solutions Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Support Engineer, Weekday 1st Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
Mentor team members and create training materials
Design and implement solutions to scale support offerings through automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
