Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient customer service by addressing inquiries related to claims, eligibility, and financial concerns
Assist customers with portal navigation and document calls thoroughly
Maintain professionalism while adhering to service level agreements and production targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid knowledge, is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
