Senior Success Enablement Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Success Enablement Manager to lead strategic enablement initiatives for the Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the Success Enablement strategy and roadmap
Design and oversee onboarding, skills development, and ongoing training programs
Measure and refine enablement initiatives using defined success metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in customer success enablement or related roles in B2B SaaS or technology
Experience in supporting a Customer Success organization with structured enablement programs
Proficiency with enablement and learning platforms such as Seismic, Cornerstone, and Salesforce
Ability to analyze data to assess enablement effectiveness and refine strategies
